I thought the show was decent--good production values, good cast, decent writing--and it's clear the writers did a nice homage to Pike's work... but I found the episodes very draggy, and the long mytharc about the cult was kind of tiresome. My mind drifted during most episodes. An anthology series would've been nice--each episode a complete standalone, featuring a different Pike book. Like Black Mirror or The Twilight Zone, but Pike.
Ah well. Worth noting, Flanagan still holds the rights to Season of Passage and wants to turn it into a feature film.
